From Reiki With Love, LLC currently uses Paypal to accept all payment and Wix, Calendy, and Mail Chimp to hold your contact information. Both services have a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.

From Reiki With Love, LLC. does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising or other uses.

07. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

If you have a customer service matter that needs to be discussed, please email fromreikiwithlove@gmail.com. All purchases are final. All purchases are non-refundable

08. SESSION POLICIES

All sessions are intended to support personal and spiritual growth. Those participating within the session must be 18 years or older unless requested by a parent. If someone under the age of 18 is the identified client, a parent or guardian must be present during the session and written consent must be provided.

You are responsible for the time and date of your session. Please note that our system will offer you Andréa’s availability based on Eastern Standard Time. All distant sessions will take place via Zoom, FaceTime, or phone.

You are welcome to record your session for your personal use only. All recordings are property of From Reiki With Love, LLC and are not public use in any way. If you are late to a session Andréa will do her best to honor your time but sadly cannot go over the time allocated for your session due to her schedule.

If you are feeling the session is not working for you or is not what you expected, you have every right to call it to an end. We invite you to decide within the first 15 minutes of the session and a full refund will be offered. If you do not let us know how you are feeling during the first 15 minutes, Andréa Watson/From Reiki With Love, LLC cannot offer a refund at a later time.
